hot pilates

A dynamic blend of Pilates and strength training. Designed to sculpt your body with low impact exercises, with emphasis placed on posture, strength, mobility and stretching. Light weights, booty bands, Pilates rings and sliders are often integrated to increase the burn.

Hot barre

Step up to the barre and experience a workout that blends ballet-inspired movements, PIlates and strength training for a a total-body transformation. Barre focuses on small, precise movements to target and tone every muscle group while improving posture, flexibility and balance. This class will leave you feeling strong, graceful and empowered.

Get ready to dance your heart out in this high-energy, choreographed cardio workout! Dance cardio combines incredible music, fun routines and non-stop movement to keep your heart pumping, your energy soaring and your mood boosted.

Gentle Yoga + Essential Oils

Our gentle yoga class offers a restorative and relaxing approach to whole-body healing. Bringing a deep sense of mindfulness into each pose, essential oils are used to uplift, enhance, and create balance for a truly immersive and rejuvenating experience.

yin + yang

A balanced blend of vinyasa and yin practices for the yogi who wants it all. First, flow through dynamic shapes and sequences designed to build strength and flexibility. Then, release deeply-held tension with restorative, passive poses. Recommended for all levels.

Many, but not all, of our classes are warm to hot using infrared heating technology. Stepping into our heated space feels like a warm hug that the body quickly acclimates to. The heat gently warms up the muscles, which helps to increase flexibility, reduce pain and stiffness, and prevent injuries. It also helps to detoxify the body, improve cardiovascular health, build bone density, release endorphins and give the skin a natural glow ✨

  • Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate - before and after class.

  • Create a MindBody profile, sign your waiver, and sign up for class before arrival.

  • Arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for parking, signing in, and settling in.

  • Bring your mat, a hand towel, a mat towel, and a water bottle.

  • Leave your socks, shoes, and phone in your cubby.

  • Inform the teacher that it's your first class and please mention any injuries, limitations, or concerns you might have. We are here to help!

  • Remember, practice makes progress - be gentle on yourself ❤️
