Before arriving to class

Create a MindBody profile, sign your new student waiver, and sign up for class before you arrive. Bring your mat, a hand towel, a mat towel, and your water bottle. If you forget, no worries! We have mats and towels for rent in-studio and water bottles for purchase.

Arriving to class

Lateness policy

The Studio is located right on Main Street. There is plenty of metered street parking (bring quarters or pay with the Passport app) as well a large municipal lot on the corner of Shore Road and Central Drive. With this in mind, we ask that all students arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time for parking, signing in, and settling in.

The Studio has a strict no lateness policy, with no exception. We do not have a grace period and the front door locks exactly at the start time of class. If your class starts at 9:30 am and you arrive at 9:30 on the dot, you are late and will unfortunately not be able to take class. This policy is in place to protect the experience and safety of our community. We appreciate your understanding and your efforts to arrive early.

Disconnect to reconnect

Our signature classes are intentionally designed to feel like a complete oasis, an escape from the everyday - right here in your hometown. For that reason, we kindly ask that you leave your devices safely secured in your cubby, along with your personal belongings. This is your time to disconnect from the outside world and reconnect to your inner landscape.

Cancellation policy

We understand that life happens, but to keep classes fair for everyone, we have a 12-hour cancellation window. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and adherence to our policies.

Unlimited memberships (including new student offers): A $25 fee applies for no-shows or late cancellations. Please remember to check in for your class at the front desk so that you are not marked as a no-show!
Drop in or class pack: Your class will be forfeited for no-shows or late cancellations.
